- The promotion runs from 13th May 2024 and is intended only for players who made their first deposit after 13 May 2024.
- Each player can use this offer for the next 12 weeks (Monday to Sunday) from the date they made their first deposit. The validity period for each player is counted from the first Monday for which cashback is calculated. Example: If a player signs up for the promotion (and makes their first deposit) on Wednesday 15 May 2024, the promotion will be active for 12 weeks starting from Monday 13 May 2024.
- To participate in the promotion, one must sign up. Players who have not opted-in for the promotion cannot participate in it.
- Players who made their first deposit before the start of the promotion cannot participate in it.
- The reward in the promotion is a 50% cashback on the net losses incurred in the previous week. Only losses incurred with one's own funds are counted as net losses. Losses from bonuses, cashback payouts from the previous week, generated from rewards, or free spins are not included in the promotion. To receive the reward, the player must meet all the conditions specified in these terms and conditions.
- The minimum net loss incurred in the previous week must not be less than 500 EUR, and the turnover in the preceding week must not be lower than 5000 EUR. Only bets placed with one's own funds are counted towards turnover. Turnover generated from bonuses, cashback payouts from the previous week, generated from rewards, or free spins is not counted towards the promotion.
- Only bets placed in the Casino, Live Casino, and Sports Betting are included in the promotion. No other products are included in this promotion.
- Only bets settled during the week in which losses and turnover are calculated are counted towards the promotion. Example: If the week starts on 13 May 2024 and ends on 19 May 2024, only bets placed and settled within this timeframe will be counted towards losses and turnover for that week.
- The first cashback will cover losses from 13 May 2024 to 19 May 2024.
- A player can sign up for the promotion on any day, and losses and turnover will be calculated from the previous Monday.
- Payout of funds will occur every Tuesday after the completion of the week that is considered for cashback calculation. Funds will be deposited into the accounts of players who meet the conditions by 11:59 PM local time.
- Cashback is paid in cash, with no wagering requirements of the funds.
- Betsafe is the sole moderator of this promotion, and its decisions are final and binding.
